Your life, on your own calendar.
Finance, tasks, calendar, habits, reports and notifications — in one app built on the Jalali calendar and the Toman, not translated onto them.
No password. A six-digit code arrives by email. Nothing to install.
Signing in with a phone number is not live yet — it is coming.
Today
Three things that are different
These are not display settings. They are what the maths runs on.
Cap 1,000,000 Toman
The Jalali month
The Jalali month is a budget boundary, not just a date format.
2,450,000 Toman
- Salary+12,000,000
- Coffee−85,000
Toman
Amounts in Toman — no decimals, no rounding errors.
Weekly stats run Saturday through Friday.
Weeks from Saturday
Weeks here start on Saturday — like your own calendar.
Six modules, one core
Each module does its own job; all of them run on one shared core.
Finance
Income and expenses in Toman, budgets per Jalali month.
Tasks
Tasks, subtasks, projects and labels.
Calendar
Events, recurrence and holidays — Jalali and Gregorian.
Habits
Habit streaks, day by day.
Reports
A monthly wrap-up: spending, budgets, tasks done.
Notifications
Know the moment spending passes a budget cap.
One core, every client
Every calculation happens on the server, and each client shows the same number. The balance you read on Android is the exact figure the web reads — because neither of them works it out itself.
Web
Ready right now. Nothing to install.
Android
All six modules, same capabilities. Coming to Cafe Bazaar and Myket.
One API
Everything goes through /api/v1. The next clients arrive the same way.
Your data is yours
Not a slogan — you can check each of these in the privacy policy and in the app.
- No third-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no advertising trackers.
- The Android app asks only for internet — no contacts, no location, no camera, no storage.
- Your data is never sold or shared with anyone.
- There is no password. One-time codes and refresh tokens are stored only as hashes.
- See every device that is signed in, and sign it out on the spot.
- Deleting your account deletes everything — all of it, permanently.
It is free right now
Maaleto is in early access and free to use — no card, no trial clock. If any part of it ever becomes paid, you will be told plainly and in advance.
Frequently asked
Is it really free?
Yes. It is completely free right now, and no bank card is required.
Do I need a phone number to sign up?
No. Sign-in is by email for now — a six-digit code is sent to you. Phone sign-in is being worked on.
Is there an Android app?
Yes, with all six modules and the same capabilities as the web. It is not on Cafe Bazaar or Myket yet; use the web until it is.
Does it work offline?
No. It needs a connection to work at the moment.
Jalali or Gregorian?
You see both, but the maths runs on the Jalali calendar: budgets close on the Jalali month and weeks start on Saturday.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Deleting your account erases all of your data, permanently.
